Low-Cal Shamrock Shake!

Love mint, love shamrock shakes! I could drink one everyday if it wasn't for all of the calories! Then I read a recipe that cut the calories down quite a bit:


2 cups of Frozen Vaniilla Greek Yogurt

1 cup Skim Milk

1/4 teaspoon of mint extract

Green Food Coloring


Change measurements to taste. From what I added up, a 12oz glass is about 165 calories! Not bad!
