Lite Rock 97.5 WHMS

Hey, you're here. I was getting worried that you wouldn't stop by to check

out my bio. Well, now that you're here, sit and stay awhile. So, you want

to know about me? My radio history started way back in high school when I

began interning at a little radio station in Paxton (WPXN). That was in

early 2001. I became a paid member of the staff, which was really

exciting. I started at Parkland College later that year and got involved

at WPCD. I helped put together a remote and party for 88.7 The Beat and 88

Rock's 25th Anniversary (that was a fun time). I also learned how to dub

audio from reel to reel and carts. Thank goodness for computers now! In

October 2002, I became a member of Lite Rock 97.5. I started off on the

weekend overnights. I grew very quickly from that time on. After I

graduated from Parkland May 2003, I moved to Carbondale and attended SIU

(I didn't party that much!). There, I met two people that would become my

best friends, John and Josh. I received my BA in Radio in December 2005.

Currently, I am working in broadcast and in telecommunications. For me,

the best thing is working with great people and enjoying my job. Now, I

can't end my bio without telling you about my smart, goofy dog Panda. He

is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and I couldn't live without him. Thanks for
